Capital has been allocated to support the phased development of a regional compute campus. The plan links investment milestones to confirmed power, connectivity, construction progress and customer demand rather than building the full site in a single step.

Phased capacity

The first phase focuses on the shared infrastructure required for reliable operation: utility interconnection, electrical distribution, cooling, security and diverse network routes. Additional capacity can then be released in measured blocks as technical and commercial milestones are achieved.

Aligned technical and investment review

Engineering and investment teams will review the same delivery schedule, risk register and acceptance criteria. This approach keeps capital decisions tied to assets that can be commissioned, operated and independently verified.
